METALPUNK is an independent store specialised on Underground music. This website was created by maniacs who have been into this type of music for more than 30 years.

METALPUNK sells only new products (CDs, DVDs, BOXSETS, VINYLS, BOOKS, MAGAZINES, T-SHIRTS) through its Internet site. These products come from several sources: Distributors, Labels or directly from Bands/Artists.

The artists chosen for METALPUNK site are selected for their musical contents ONLY. Therefore, if the images or texts shock you, this website or people working there cannot be held responsible.

Regardless, if they are well-known or unknown artists, the goal of METALPUNK is to offer the best Underground and Independent music from all parts of the world.

Certain items are in limited quantities and can take several weeks or months before they will be available again. Some might be discontinued by certain labels but there is a possibility that they will be available in the future. Therefore, you can try to reserve a product in advance by emailing: pierre@metalpunk.com.

The quantities and the website are regularly updated, but if an item is bought by many people and we only have one copy, the item will be sent to the first purchaser. The other buyers must choose one of these options: 1-Cancel the order 2-Choose another item at the same price 3-Wait for the re-stock of your item.

Expect between 1 and 5 days for the processing of your order.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: make sure to choose carefully your items. There might be a CD or VINYL version of the article you want. Also, there could be a North American or European version, therefore order vigilantly.

METALPUNK uses Canada Post to deliver. The packages are mailed from Monday to Friday during the regular working hours of Canada Post.

METALPUNK isn’t responsible for any lost or damaged goods. All items are inspected before shipping.

The prices are in Canadian currency and the only one accepted for all transactions.
